Unfortunately, the situation is all too common these days: so many boxes, materials, and goods packed into a warehouse or workspace — and so little time and space to make things run more efficiently. Sound familiar? With our most recent partnership with Modula automated storage and retrieval technologies, we’re here to take that headache off your hands.
Bradford Systems is proud to team up with Modula to provide the perfect solution for organizing high volumes of inventory. These innovative systems can recover up to 90% of your floor space without having to downsize the items in your facility or break new ground. Plus, Modula ASRS and vertical lift systems offer better security and a safer environment for your team.
The key to finding your Modula match? Picking one of the six systems that best suits your workplace needs.
For over 20 years, the Modula Lift is the preferred lift by shop floors, distribution centers, and facilities of all sizes around the world. This system promises 154,000 lbs of gross unit capacity with 9,050 sq. ft. of traditional storage in only 150 sq. ft.
Sporting a compact, convenient size and the ability to throughput up to 140 trays/hour, the Modula Sintes1 is a popular choice for small to medium-sized facilities looking to store and pick items such as electronic components, pharmaceuticals, and tools.
With its ability to handle 2,200 lbs net payload per tray, the Modula OneTon offers vertical lift module storage for your heavier goods. It’s the leader in user ergonomics for maximum operator safety in even the most demanding working conditions.
Is vertical space a concern? The Modula Cube is a horizontal lift storage system ideal for low ceiling applications. It acts like a traditional vertical storage modula, but has the ability to horizontally transfer trays between modules for a machine that’s longer, not taller.
